#Cartoon – Aminatou Haidar and the struggle of the Sahrawi People – #WesternSahara
Yesterday I met some guys from Western Sahara in Athens, we drank the traditional tea, I wore the traditional Sahrawi clothing and I had the opportunity to know more about the struggle of the Sahrawi people. I also made a cartoon for them, about Aminatou Haidar, human rights and independence activist who went on a hunger strike in 2009 at a Spanish airport after being expelled by Morocco. The guy on his knees is the king of Morocco, Mohammed VI.
